This evening me, Jessy, Martha and Karo went to New York City to watch a baseball game; The NY Mets vs The Pittsburg Pirates.
We arrived at the stadium and (eventually, with some help) found our seats. We were high up, behind 3rd base - we had good seats. I got a beer and we enjoyed watching the game. Cultural Care were giving out foam fingers so we got one and were having a great time waving them around and chanting baseball tunes! Me and Jessy went to buy a classic baseball hotdog even though the lines were ridiculously long and the food was ridiculously expensive... We had a great time. I really enjoy watching baseball so it was a great afternoon out. The NY Mets lost the game but it's not exactly like we were cheering on one particular team.
Afterwards we wandered around the city for a bit and sat in Times Square until around 1am and then we took the train home.
It was a lovely evening.
